    A world at the center of our galaxy, that resembles a mirrorball, where all stars come from and Disco is forever. 

    Originally conceived as a faux trailer for MIDNIGHT SHOW, the positive feedback from test screenings across the U.S. led to the development of the full screenplay and also currently original songs. PLANET MIRRORBALL is designed to be a feel-good, special-effect driven musical-comedy.

 

    Since film-making is a collaborative medium, I want to create an oppertunity to work with the best artists in thier fields: from music production to dance choreography, wild costumes, elaborate visual effects, and fantastic production designs.

 

 

    It's 1979! Didi arrives on Earth to recruit the greatest dancer in the city's most popular disco. She unleashes the talent of shy guy David, upsetting the reigning dancing king, Voltage.

 

    Didi brings David to her world, PLANET MIRRORBALL, to join her in her fight against an evil Queen and her plans for world-wide disco domination. David refuses until Didi is kidnapped! Controlled to use her incredible voice to destroy the Earth by Queen Supreme!

 

    David is forced on an incredible journey in his rescue to save Didi and the galaxy armed with a hair dryer hand gun, guided by dancing machines, battling Funk Pirates, wrapped up with Roller Skating Warriors, finally facing his old high school arch-enemy, Voltage, in a dance to the DEATH!
